Steve Bruce

Steve Bruce was appointed Vice President, MS2 Radar Systems Business Development in February 2006 bringing broad experience in program management and Engineering/Technology program development. Since joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Bruce’s assignments have included a range of domestic and international business development activities including serving as Capture Manager for a major US Army program.

From 1985-2006, Mr. Bruce was Vice President and Center Director System Technology Center for Syracuse Research Corp. in North Syracuse, NY. He was responsible for all aspects of the company with regards to profit/loss; budgets, strategic and annual operating plans including Programs, Engineering, Business Development and other functional organizations to successfully meet rate targets and increase revenues each year, making SRC one of the fastest growing defense companies in Central New York.

From 1982-1985, Mr. Bruce was a Project and Design Engineer for General Electric Corporation in Syracuse, NY.

He has over 20 years’ experience in Capture Management, Engineering and Radar Architecture. He has designed and led engineering projects from development programs through successful product development to fielding.

Mr. Bruce holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
